How it works
Timeline from Design to Installation – the process of creating your custom kitchens is divided into three stages.
Stage 1: Design, Quote, Planning.
We will arrange an appointment for an in-home consultation to discuss your kitchen design, layout, and finishes, including options for cupboards and wardrobes. During this meeting, we will measure your space.
If you decide to proceed with your custom kitchens project, a 50% deposit payment is required before any work begins.
We will advise you on any additional trades that may be necessary for the project. Our services include project management, scheduling trades for your joinery installations, or you may choose to utilize your own trades, and we can coordinate with them.
Stage 2: Production
Depending on the materials selected for your custom kitchens, production can take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks from the date the deposit is paid.
The second progress payment of 40% is due three days before the delivery of your joinery.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery and installation date as we approach the completion of your custom kitchens.
Stage 3: Installation
This stage involves site delivery and the installation of your custom kitchens and joinery, which may also include the demolition phase and trade management.
Once everything is completed, the remaining balance will be due.
Stone Installation
The installation of the stone will occur approximately 7-10 working days after the template pickup.
